Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone! As the calendar months tumble over themselves, each subsequent holiday marks a new occasion for the first time in nearly thirty years without my dear wife. Sarah, unlike me, was compulsively social and loved all holidays and any excuse to revel with family and friends. We were a hopelessly goofy and happy couple, who loved each other’s company and it showed wherever we went together. However, Sarah was also unerringly thoughtful and never missed a chance to show her appreciation of others, especially her social media buddies, who adored her positive demeanor and off-beat sense of humor. In the spirit of the season, I simply want to say a heartfelt “thanks” to everyone here at HeAmyHa, who without knowing provided a semblance of respite for me nearly daily on topics of baseball, football, music, travel, food, humor and sometimes a private message that arrived at a perfect time. So, to you my Yankee brethren, I wish you a wonderful holiday and my most humble gratitude. Rizzuto

I know the holidays will be difficult without your dear Sarah around. I'm proud of you for staying strong and enduring through this hard time. I hope that you can find some comfort in friends and family during the holidays. Thank you for being such a positive spirit on this board. Your ingenious sense of humor never fails to amuse me! In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I am very thankful for all of you posters who have provided a wonderful community to talk about the Yankees and everything else. Also, let's all send positive wishes to sierchio who is going through a hard time right now. Keep your head up buddy! Things will turn around for the better!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
I'm thankful that we're all still together to talk Yankee baseball and other things during the year, this is indeed a special group that I appreciate being a part of.

Happy Thanksgiving to all here. I also wish for the same for those that have chosen to leave the site for various reasons. I hope they’re all doing well.
It’s strange to see just a small group surviving here after the many years of Scout.Com/Scout 24/7. But survive we do. It’s like an extended family. As in families, some stay. Some move away. Some even have died within the ranks.
We’ve got our “goofy uncles”, we’ve got our senior citizens having grandchildren and younger folks having babies. Maybe soon we’ll see a second generation poster or two. (C’mon Chi. You’re up for that)!
Yes. Happy Thanksgiving. Indeed it is...
And when I die And when I’m dead Dead and gone There will be One child born He Amy Ha To carry on Carry on...
Blood Sweat And Tears...
