<voice of Rod Serling>: Imagine if you will. A young man is born that learns to throw a left-handed knuckleball, and also has a remarkable defensive skill set as a catcher. By the time he’s sixteen years of age, he reaches Major League Baseball. Now, sixty years later, he continues to toil away in baseball. After having already pitched in 33,000 baseball games, and caught in 47,000 more, the manager continues to call for his left arm, and continues to want him to replace the team’s star catcher late in games. He’s bruised and battered, has only three fingers left on each hand, but he can’t walk away from ... The Twilight Zone... inger's overactive imagination at work again. I remember once that I created a story about this mysterious illness that gripped the nation in fear despite relatively mild symptoms that seldom lead to death. The disease had nothing to do with the digestive tract, but people began hoarding toilet paper, and washed their hands more than they ever had in their entire lives... Ma-ma-ma-My Corona... Now THAT one took imagination...

We are so, so easily manipulated that some times I feel like we’re nothing more than a ant farm that some one is watching...”Look, pour syrup here, and salt there. See which one they go to”?...

Kratz knocks in the only run and Happ with another strong four innings. Iannetta still looking like the back up leader at catcher though.

Ford's got some bad karma coming his way... about a month and a half ago he was supposed to send me a "package" in the mail. I know he's a busy guy , but I hate when people break promises... If you can't do something, keep your mouth shut. Regardless, I hope he does well, if only to help the Yankees. I don't wish ill on anyone... don't want any of that bad karma coming my way lol Ford better start to hit otherwise he's not going to have a spot on this roster. As a completely one dimensional ballplayer, if he doesn't hit he's worthless.

None of these catchers we are seeing in camp has a chance of beating out Higgy for the back up role, but, Sanchez is already hurt, so I guess we should pay attention to them.

By opening day we might need to recall Wynston Sawyer. To play left field. Kratz at catcher. Ianetta at first base. Higgy at DH. Josh Thole in RF. It’s ugly all ready...
