HERE IS OUR THOUGHT: It may sound crazy BUT: Wear Gloves/Mask and contact all folks in your AREA, especially the Elderly and offer to go to the Food Markets. Pharmacy, etc. to get their Food, Meds, etc.
Charge them $20 to $30...
The Benefits to them: They do not put themselves at risk and still get what they need while being SAFE.
If you bunch these errands it could be only once per day--if you are shopping for 20 folks in one load = do the Math.
If you do not like the above idea; than approach Ruthie and say:
"Honey, do you remember the part of 'For Better Or Worse?' Well, we need a infusion of cash asap, so honey, get up on the table and start practicing your table dances..."

My heart is too big to charge old people, Dome. I’d wind up not charging them and doing it for them, anyway...I always help the elderly in any way I can. I visited with a commercial account this morning, and I have presentations prepared for a couple residential clients that I’m readying to e-mail today. None of those activities is guaranteed to make me anything, but at least those are proper activities that may lead to future income. I am looking for a temp job stocking shelves or loading/unloading freight as soon as I close out all productive activities in my files, and get the oil changed in my truck. Probably will be able to start applying sometime tomorrow. |

Thank Tequila for the idea. Now that I think about that even more, imagine the exposure I would be putting myself up for visiting all those people and then going to the stores. My hope is to find work where I can be at these businesses after hours, therefore during times with very few other people around (closed to public). I’m also concerned that my cough could get me dismissed, as it does still remain present. It’s nowhere as persistent as it was, but... |

The Olympics just got postponed a year. I have heard they are going to cancel college football this year although I have found no article to support that.
