The over-zealous are always dangerous, no matter what it is they are over-zealous about. Every one of these links is reporting over-zealous behavior that has caused someone to commit an act that could result in death or serious injury.
I read a FB post a couple of days ago from someone in PA that said their church was going to be full of “joy” today as they were planning to have a full service, too. She was very happy and proclaimed that they were reliant on the lord to protect them.
Whatever. Good luck with that...

While celebrating service is important the Lord said we should be wise. Taking risks just to take them makes little biblical sense. The enemy challenged the Lord to throw Himself off a tower, because God would protect Him. He replied, Thous shall not test the Lord your God. I think some of the people are doing exactly that.

Dr. Deborah Birx the “White House coronavirus response coordinator said Monday that she is "very worried about every city in the United States" and projects 100,000 to 200,000 American deaths as a best case scenario.”
“Birx said the projections by Dr. Anthony Fauci that U.S. deaths could range from 1.6 million to 2.2 million is a worst case scenario if the country did "nothing" to contain the outbreak, but said even "if we do things almost perfectly," she still predicts up to 200,000 U.S. deaths.”
Just think how bad this would be if it wasn’t a hoax...

A MUST READ:
...The moves portend a worrisome sign for the United States, Europe and the rest of the world still battling a surging outbreak: Any country’s success with containment could be tenuous, and the world could remain on a kind of indefinite lockdown.
Even when the number of new cases starts to fall, travel barriers and bans in many places may persist until a vaccine or treatment is found. The risk otherwise is that the infection could be reintroduced inside their borders, especially given the prevalence of asymptomatic people who might unknowingly carry the virus with them.
Following a recent uptick in cases tied to international travelers, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan barred foreigners from entering altogether in recent days.
Japan has barred visitors from most of Europe, and is considering denying entry to travelers from countries including the United States. South Korea imposed stricter controls, requiring incoming foreigners to quarantine in government facilities for 14 days upon arrival. READ MORE...
AND THE IDIOTS: Pastors/Churches UPSET they may have to shutdown. Stupid be Stupid.

If we can’t congregate in the name of the lord, this church will not have the money it needs to operate. If this church doesn’t have money to operate, how will the missus and I get a new stretch van? And buy shoes for the eleventy-teen children the lord has blessed us with? By the way, the missus and I are expecting our eleventy-thirteenth any day now.. Church is a business and should be taxed like all other businesses...
