Ironically I've been a Spotify subscriber for years, going back more than a decade. I use Spotify to listen to music at work and when I'm working out, however, with no access to Neil Young, I might have to consider other music streaming options. Do you guys stream music and if so, what service do you use? I could use the feedback, since all I know is Spotify. I use Spotify to stream. But when I like a song I download the MP3 for 99 cents to 1.29 using Amazon so I have them. Amazon also has a streaming service, Amazon Music Unlimited. Or you can use Apple Music. A lot of my friends use that. It works seamlessly with iPhones. That's probably your best bet if you have an iPhone. Though you can use it on Android as well. 3 months free trial. Lots of sites. I guess if there are enough with a 90 day freebie, you could try ‘em all out for a couple of years before making a decision… 🤓

Thanks for the insight guys. I have a Samsung and didn't know if Apple Music would work on it. I have to think about switching since I have the family plan with Spotify, so my wife and kids all have their own accounts with their own playlists that they out together. They would probably be a little annoyed if I just cancelled the account because I can't hear "Powderfinger" any time I want.

Powderfinger asks nothing of you. Ah, crap. I guess the wife and kids win again… 😂

And one for… me?… I love this acoustic version and the explanation of the genesis of the lyrics… youtu.be/BUVWzvFYk0kOne for you? Here you go: I dig it, despite the obvious inaccuracies. They do have phones, mostly at the end of their driveways. Since vandalism has struck some have adapted my simply build g a telephone house next to their home or business. They adapted to business use of the microfiche, but many of the companies that used to put their information in microfilm have abandoned that, leaving the Amish with a choice to make as to whether to allow an advance to computers. Lights are often brighter than the electric lights that most of us use, as they are allowed to, and so utilize propane lighting. Yes, there are traffic lights in Amish country, as they share roads with automobiles. They have their own schools, but the children emerge from them with horrendous English and spelling skills, though they are well prepared to deal with money, for which they do have an obvious attraction. (Yes, Pale Rider. You apparently CAN serve God and mammon at the same time). I know of cases where Amish are hoarding bales of dinar in their barns because scammers have convinced them to buy them in anticipation of an explosion in value that was supposed to have occurred twenty years ago. They’re easily victimized by scammers due to their love of mammon and their lack of contact with the outside world. It’s an interesting lifestyle that fascinated me when I had to do dealings with them. One the one hand, I admire them for living such a strict lifestyle. (although I saw quite a bit of cheating). By now, I imagine I lost any audience I started with, but that’s tough titty. I can take it…

Amazing! How did you know I was a fan of that song? I knew it, too. I don’t know exactly HOW. My memory is not good enough to recall a specific post or time when you revealed it. That song is not high on my play list. I just feel like it’s stoner music…

Amazing! How did you know I was a fan of that song? There was a time that you were taking a trip and wanted new music to accompany you. We all began sharing and asking questions, and at some point, you shared that it was one of your favorites.

Check out this guitar riff on this song. I wish I could play like this dude:

So I saw this little joke on Face Book. It’s not meant a a political commentary, just a chuckle:
Nickelback has threatened to download more music onto Spotify if they don’t remove Joe Rogan…
Ta-DA!!!
