2nd worst stadium in the league after the Trop Dump. I have to disagree, as I loved going to games in Oakland. It was such a laid back atmosphere with knowledgeable fans. I’d take Oakland over Anaheim and the Dodger Stadium, where it takes an hour just to leave. All that foul territory though! And the sewage problems?

lol, I did. When I meet my wife, she had a Prelude too. I picked up a couple speeding tickets in that one too. [img alt=" " class="smile" src="//storage.proboards.com/6828121/images/ZVUxStWfuuhWOBrKaeKL.gif"] I have to be careful. I just had a speeding ticket fall off my record. I had one last November that I did payment before judgement. As long as I don’t get another one for a year, that one won’t ever show on my record, and my insurance will never know about it. * spellchecker is so weird. When I was typing the word “insurance” I hit a wrong letter about 3 or 4 letters in and the text changed to “KSU runs roughshod”. WTH was that? Your spellcheck had college sports on its mind.

When things are going bad, thats what happens. Should have been an inning ender for the Sox but instead an RBI double
2-0 Yankees.
Just what I told my co-fan, Ruthie...

And, I didn’t mind the foul ground. I had great times in Oakland. By the way, I avoid stadium bathrooms if I can. I wait until I see the first hotel and use the one in the lobby, which is always pristine because no one ever uses those. Patrons wait to go to their rooms and hotel staff have their own.

I’d take Oakland over Anaheim and the Dodger Stadium, where it takes an hour just to leave. Dodger Stadium, despite it's old age, is a great place to watch a game, once you are in the stadium. You're right about leaving, the traffic coming and especially leaving is probably the worst I've experienced going to baseball games. It strange, going to an Angels game was the complete opposite. We went to a weeknight game and were able to drive right up, enter the parking lot area and park. We were in our seats about 10 minutes. Leaving was just as easy, I was surprised and was expecting worse. It helped that there were only about 20,000 in attendance.

Nice hit, bad baserunning Tauchy. We’ve seen that too many times. He’s pretty aggressive. Took a pretty good play to get him, though. He just committed a little early...
