Ha Ha, check out our new leadoff hitter! I'd use Hicks in that spot but both he and Voit work counts and get on base. I think this is the best available lineup against Snell, although the lineup is a little funky.

Both these teams are red hot right now, so we need a great one from Tanaka tonight.

The speedy Luke Voit will steal a base tonight. Book it! ...Hicks will hit a home run to drive him in, making the stolen base a moot issue. Miguel Andujar will NOT be allowed to touch a baseball, which is sort of the way it is when he’s in the field...only this time if he does get near one, there will be no harm done...

The Yankee line up is 18 for 81 vs. Snell with 6 HR and 14 RBI. The strangely positioned Luke Voit is 0 for 7 off Snell.

Sanchez batting 5th is amazing. We are missing 3 players who could All Stars if they played regularly. Not many teams can have the best record and say that. Maybe we should only bring Stanton and Judge into play in alternate months It might delay the time they miss due to injury. MTBI mean time between injury. Probably the most important stat the Yankees should consider in going after free agents.

Voit batting first is quite a surprise. Why not Gio? Well, I suppose it doesn’t matter, as long as they get on base and score.

Remember, in all likelihood, Tanaka will be lifted around 75 pitches.
