Once again you’ve proven that after about 83 years working with statistics you still don’t understand the concept of small sample size. Ford is ready to begin an offensive rampage, the likes of which you have seldom seen. Mike “King Kong” Ford is ready to snap the chains that have been binding him.., Ford Motor Company should pay you fees for your "suggestions of new model names. The other day it was the Ford Barrage, now the Ford Rampage. I think Ford is overmatched at the ML level, but I do hope he runs into a long ball today. I feel many are too quick to dismiss Ford this season after having seen him rally from a slow start to to hit .283/.348/.608/.957 over his final 43 games (including 29 starts) last year. He went 34/120 with 6 doubles and 11 HR during that stretch. Since that is not considered a rampage while hitting a HR every 10.9 AB, I look forward to his REAL rampage...

Ford has 11 RBI in 51 at bats. That is knocking on 100 RBI for a full season of at bats. And, you are right, it took him awhile to get in the groove last season.

Getting in a hard spot. Not sure what happened to Cole the last two games Kiermaier looked like he knew what was coming. Yanks better review whether he is tipping pitches. I hope he is not trying to pitch through an injury or discomfort.

Glasgow’s curveball is filthy tonight. Mix that with 97-99 mph fastball, and it could be a long night.

Amazing, you take away Choi's stats against Cole and he's putting up Mike Ford numbers.

I hope he is not trying to pitch through an injury or discomfort. That could be, but the pitch to Kiermeirer was right down the middle. Right now, Cole is fighting with command and is opening up too quickly at times.
