Tonight we had filet mignon with buttery mashed potatoes and peas. The meat was cooked on our air fryer and came out perfect. Yes, to us that is “well done”. This was not the least bit chewy, still slightly pink, but devoid of blood running out.
Just a delightful, simple home-made meal. That can’t be beat anywhere...

What a bummer. After winning one in a row, I was looking forward to chips and salsa and watching Yankee baseball. Instead, I will wallow in self pity, and chips and salsa. I loathe seven inning games. Boone usually freaks out during these double-headers with some odd decision making, managing for tomorrow rather than the game at hand. Our record in double headers this season is 2-7...ugh. There's an NFL game on NBC. I didn't realize the season was starting tonight. (I'm in complete baseball mode right now) It has been all Chiefs. I wonder if any fantasy football guys picked the rookie from LSU, Clyde Edwards-Hilaire?  |

looks like the game got postponed double header tomorrow.
I hate seven inning games. 
We will do the second game as the one honoring trane which already exists. I think I will play John Coltrane all day tomorrow at work in honer of our late board member. awesome |

I spent all my money in my auction for Christian McCaffrey and in my snake draft I picked too early for Helaire. Got Dalvin Cook instead. Maybe Helaire will be better than Cook though. |
