That strike zone box annoys me. I lost count of how many called strikes are outside of the box

Oh, how I wish That I was Aaron Hicks All he’s gotta do Is bat .206
Sort of reminded me of the old Oh! To be Odibe days. It does seem as though has been batting .206 forever this year. When the average falls sufficiently under that mark he tends to get the hit it takes to regain or slightly exceed the number before again making the outs required to fall under again. There are no hot streaks to significantly change the number, no “cold spells” to allow it to dive much under .200. Aaron Hicks. He’ll give you a nice steady .206, plus draw a walk here and there. That’s Boone’s #3 hitter right there... I have a sneaky suspicion he could climb over .210 right at the seasons end...

Happ prob could have went one more inning, but I guess Ottavino hasn't pitched since the 10 run inning.

I’m not sure we should be rooting against Happ’s return. Since joining the Yankees team he’s 20-10 with a +102 ERA. That despite the foibles of 2019 and the juiced ball with a slicker surface. He’s been a durable cuss that’s glad to take the ball when it’s his turn. We could do much worse at the back of the rotation...
