Happ prob could have went one more inning, but I guess Ottavino hasn't pitched since the 10 run inning. Boone and his stupid 70- pitch limits...

Ottavino doesn't look anything like the pitcher from last season.

I’m not sure we should be rooting against Happ’s return. Since joining the Yankees team he’s 20-10 with a +102 ERA. That despite the foibles of 2019 and the juiced ball with a slicker surface. He’s been a durable cuss that’s glad to take the ball when it’s his turn. We could do much worse at the back of the rotation... It's definitely going to be interesting, because with 13 games left he will get 2 more starts for sure to make it 9. Question will be is do they give him that 10th start or not.

Ottavino doesn't look anything like the pitcher from last season. You mean the pre-playoffs version, because he was pretty bad in the playoffs too.

Holder removed after throwing 2 pitches and Andujar removed from a tie game.

Holder removed after throwing 2 pitches and Andujar removed from a tie game. Thats too exhausting for Boone's standards, rest is needed.
