Maddening that Andujar was hitting the ball well. As long as he was struggling, there was a place for him in the lineup.

I think they should have gone with andujar as soon as Stanton left for the IL. But they had no interest in doing so.

Only 3 back of the Rays in the loss column. With 13 games left that is a lot to make up. If they go 7-6 we would have to be 10-3. Probably 11-2 since I am sure they have the tie breaker. Probably not going to happen. |

Stanton gets a rest after his first game back in which he was a DH and had zero hits. Makes sense that would necessitate a rest. This stuff is inane.
