What is fair about assuming anyone at any price would accumulate any statistic when they are injured and cannot play? If you had a guaranteed contract at work and we’re home from work with an illness or injury, would you be expected to continue to continue to churn out the same number of reports as your replacements or contract-workers? (Thinking about this one, I feel it likely that you are one of those workaholics that has not ever utilized a single sick day or vacation day.
