Yajure was sent back down to make room for Clarke Schmidt. The kid looked good. I like Force Yajure a lot. He should be a good bullpen piece going forward. Yanks will trade him. He can go two innings. Boone will be afraid he’ll get injured... |

I think DJ LeMahieu has pretty much locked up the AL Batting Title sitting at .359 with Tim Anderson at .337!

Voit up to 22 HRs. Barring a miracle, looks like he will get the HR title this year!
It would be fun if he hit 3 tomorrow. I have a feeling that he will get ac”much needed day off”, though. Kratz at first. Wade probably at 2nd. Frazier will need rest. Could be more... |

Anderson is 0-2 so far tonight. DJ - .359, Anderson - .333 Anderson 0-4 down to .330. DJ has this one locked up! The White Sox have 9 runs but Anderson is 0-5 and at .328 and Abreu is homerless. Despite losing, the Cubs just clinched the NL Central due to St. Louis losing to the Brewers. |
