No worries. Thought I’d GIF everyone to get some sympathy votes.   . Milhouse playing Frisbee with himself broke my heart. Not mine. I was a loner kid and did plenty of stuff like that when there was no ball game to play or watch. I learned how to make a frisbee do a boomerang-like return. I threw as high and hard as I could, then turned around running like hell to catch up to the return. If I threw too high the darned thing would nearly chop of a body part while I tried to catch it, it would pick up some serious speed on the way down... Loner kids are quite inventive and are usually alone because we prefer it that way... |

At the start of the bottom of the eighth, at first I wanted to see German back out there, earning his keep as a starting pitcher should. Then I looked at Chad Green’s emotionless face and realized that he would get the job done in the 8th.
We have “LaMachine”
We have “Klu-bot”
Green is “The Dead Man”
I think we’re all going to be surprised when Chapman gives up an earned run... Right now, even when he’s a bit off his game he’s still the best closer in the game...

German was extremely lucky in 2019. He started out good, but he was rather lackluster in the second half, but we scored a ton of runs for him.
He’s much better this time around so far...

Yankee pitchers have not allowed a run in the two games I have not been able to watch. Guess I was putting too much pressure on them.
I really enjoy catching up on the commentary afterward. Thanks for making it so entertaining!

I had to miss this one.
Great start by German, Green and Chapman slam the door shut and Judge finally gets a pinch hit and it's a big one. Nice to take 3 out of 4 despite the offense still struggling big time.
