If I’m Dobnak, I’m wondering if this is where my career is going to end. The season has been bad. This game is worse. Nothing lasts forever. Uber and Lyft beckon with a 4.9/5.0 rating. That’s better than any numbers he’s goi g to put up in baseball ever again…

Just don't even pitch to Judge at this point. Please pitch to him!  We need a reason to watch. To me, it appears that Judge is beginning to become a much better all-around hitter. He’s willing to sacrifice a bit of his power and “settle” for 392 foot homers while reducing his strikeout percentage. He looks a lot more like Dave Winfield at the plate than the Judge we’ve seen the past couple of years. That’s a compliment… |

The guy has always been a good hitter. Unless there is an unknown injury, I feel that he will have a good second half. This is more like what the Yankee hitters were expected to do. Maybe the season is not lost yet. |
