Wandy Peralta for the seventh. Yanking your starter in the 4th inning can come back to bite you in innings like this. Boone prevents these young pitchers from ever learning to grind out innings.

The was something about the way Ronstadt wore halter tops and tied shirts that just drove me crazy. There was also a poster she did with a white see through shirt while braless that was wildly erotic… proof positive that the female form doesn’t have to have mammoth breasts to delight the senses. <Horny old man? Nah. Horny old memories>. Mostly, she had the hottest eyes… Linda was a real babe in her day. Jerry Brown had the best of her years, I guess. Great voice, beautiful girl. What's not to love. All women have an expiration date on their “Babism”. The decline starts shortly after twenty five years of age. For some, it’s very gradual and they remain very “babistic” for years. For some it’s quick and shocking. To remain a babe into the sixties and beyond is an amazing feat. It rarely happens without having some face putty and a lift kit or two applied. And sometimes those applications don’t go well… I always think about the amazing “tits up to the neck” transformation of Mary Tyler Moore as an extreme failure…

Come on, two garage base runners here in the 5th for the Twins I love spellchecker. This made me think of a garage band… I can see the base runners strumming a guitar and playing an ax…

There's the DJ we've missed. DJ was so integral to scoring runs and driving in runs and keeping rallies going. If he gets going, look out Tanaka! By the end of the season, he’ll be up to .280-.290 at the least. He caught the team bug, trying to do too much… Which is probably the correct diagnosis for most of the failures…

I said it earlier. These Twins outfielders are having themselves quite a game. We could have been piling on tonight. Still happy to see DJ stinging the ball…

Why not just let Wade play first and leave DJ alone? That’s part of the problem with him in my opinion. Boone jerks him around too much. Okay. He’s versatile. We get it. But does he have to play two positions every freaking game?…

Is that a Dustin Ackley reference? A fine .148 hitter from our 2016 season. A credit to Cashman dumpster dives for all time! Never forget! Dustin Ackley, or as kaybli just called the man… “Ack”…
