Yea when we used to drive that 20 minutes could be an hour and 20 minutes if there was crazy traffic so once they had a direct train it was just a no brainer.
To get to Citifield is a little longer though you gotta go to GC or 125th then go on the 7 which is a long subway mostly outdoors.

Train to Penn Station at NYC about an hour and 15 minutes. Then B and D train to the Stadium another 45 minutes maybe? Okay, longer than I thought. When we lived on West 57th, I could walk a block to take a D express and be there in 15-20 minutes. Boy it was great. I could make a last-minute decision to go. Man it was The one and only time Sarah and I went to New York, I knew that living there would be a blast.

David Cone is one of two pitchers to win 50 games for the Yankees and pitch for the Royals. Whose the other?

We allways felt like we were moving full-tilt. People either loved it or hated it. There was no middle ground. We adapted in about 30 minutes.

It was Yankees vs Mets got to sit like the first row in RF when Judge was playing of course he went 0 for 4 that day lol.

David Cone is one of two pitchers to win 50 games for the Royals and pitch for the Yankees. Whose the other? He was a reliever for the Yankees. Set up man. I got it backwards. The question was one of two pitchers to win 50 games for the Yankees and also pitch for the Royals. Answer was Chien Ming Wang.
