Florial is seriously the only outfielder on the 40 man not on the team Florial has been hitting a little better and he's drawing some walks. Defensively he's better than Gardner and Locastro. I don't know how good Amburgey is, but this is a good time to find out. He's 26, so he's not some kid they're trying to groom. DFA Kinske and give this guy some time in LF. |

For crying out loud, Cashman! Get a major league worthy OF on this team! The Covid-19 stuff at this point is ridiculous. Everyone should be fully vaccinated and aware of the protocols to remain active. Loaisiga has been our most reliable reliever this season. |

Florial also has a big time arm and power. What is the protocol for promotions, as it doesn’t matter what kind of numbers they’re putting up in AAA? They’ll wait until someone cools off to give them a cup of coffee. It’s the Cashman way. Meanwhile, other clubs bring up talent from AA sometimes, just to see how they perform and to give them a taste of what it’s like in the Show, while covering a temporary injury. The Yankees always seem to like other teams’ marginal players better than their own minor league prospects. |
