0-7 against Boston and the lineup showed nothing the entire game. A Yankee pitcher might have to throw a shut out to get a win in this series.

Stanton's over all numbers are OK, but he has no impact in a lot of games. He has those hot weeks here and there, but they don't show up enough. And yet its not his fault their 1B (Voit) and CF (Hicks) cant stay on field, their SS Torres isn't a SS and now has been one of worst hitters in MLB over last 150 games, their catcher can't catch their best SP, and their two young LFs aren't good OFers and both get hurt too much. Oh and they had one reliable SPer coming into the year that hadn't missed significant time in last two yrs. This is on Hal and Cashman, regardless of what Stanton's deal is. One $22-25 million player shouldnt be an issue for an organization that's worth billions. They had a good thing going and then changed course and it's bitten them badly. No to to mention the lack of player development over two decades has been downright unacceptable. Very unsettling.

Moving Chapman would clear up valuable salary tax space or whatever it's called. This is the language Hal understands. I would be surprised if they sell if they are within 5 games of playoff contention at the moment its only 3. It's going to be really difficult to survive this COVID stretch without Judge and Urshela in the lineup. There's just too much dead weight in the lineup. I'd DFA Gardner and Locastro and give Park & Amburgey some extended playing time and play Gittens at 1B. Let's see what these guys can do.

Obviously jury is still out on these AAA guys but what I find amazing is that it seems like no matter who comes to this team whether its a trade or AAA or returning from injury they go right into the coldness the rest of the team does. Like how does that even happen?

Japanese leagues have 28 days off between the first and second half! From July 15 to August 12! Boone should manage over there. He’d love it!!!

At least we won 23 games twice. Sort of… Now, that's consistency.

I was pleased to see Park track down a couple balls in deep right field tonight. He doesn’t have extensive experience in the outfield, but that seems to be where his opportunity may lie right now. The catchers were rather routine ones, but that should be all we can ask at this point…

They should plug him in batting 2nd for the next two weeks, work counts and get on base for some sluggers, enough of this analytical BS of having Stanton 2nd.
