Gittens is a serviceable first baseman.

I prefer the Wilson from Castaway. Tom Hanks' friend. I prefer Flip Wilson or even Geraldine.

Stanton came to play: 0-4 with a DP and 3 K's.

Not much fight in this team. Odor watches strike three.

Not much fight in this team. Odor watches strike three. I wonder if he bat flips the bat into the rack after another strike out?

Maybe if Chapman shows something the next two weeks, they can trade him.

Well he didn't allow any runs.

Chapman almost gives up two HR's and commits a bad error, but somehow puts a 0 on the board.

Maybe if Chapman shows something the next two weeks, they can trade him. Would be a miracle, but we already know Hal doesn't want to hurt his sponsors/business partners feelings by selling.

Well he didn't allow any runs. He looked much better, not back to normal, but better, especially to right-handed batters. A couple really filthy splitters and some 100 mph fastballs. Still, his fastball command is not close to where it was earlier in the season. I like that he’s throwing the splitter again.

I like the aggression. Wanted him to Park one! Oh no, here comes Justin Wilson… Sometimes it works, but just didn't get enough contact. This team is so pathetic hitting tonight that this Boston pitcher is able to save their bullpen like its 14-0 not 4-0.

Moving Chapman would clear up valuable salary tax space or whatever it's called. This is the language Hal understands.

Stanton's over all numbers are OK, but he has no impact in a lot of games. He has those hot weeks here and there, but they don't show up enough.

0-7 against the Red Sox. Unbelievable.
