Another blown opportunity. We were better off facing Rodriguez.

The Yankees have had so many frustrated innings like that one. Why they're going nowhere this year. Chokers with men on base. Each and every one of them.

Another blown opportunity. We were better off facing Rodriguez. But their "compete" is off the charts. You knew once E-Rod came out that Yanks would somehow mess this inning up. They cannot face adversity and that's been a staple now for two seasons, so much of their philosophy is scripted that they cannot change direction effectively and it's a major stumbling block.

Man, that was being a serious friend. I once dated a girl who was a huge Bread fan and I dutifully complied attending two Bread concerts. But still I'd take David Gates over Simon LeBon. And no screaming. David Gates was a brilliant song writer, but I would have needed some happy pills after an entire concert of those songs. Yes he was. But at the time I was listening more to Led Zeppelin than Bread. But for sure they were a talented group. And she was so cute. But we both wound up with better matches. Almost like a Bread song.

..A not so very ordinary girl or name.. Aubrey. Sniff sniff. Listening to the radio in the early 1970s was a privilege. Great song after great song and so varied. No two songs sounded the same. From Led Zeppelin to Marvin Gaye to John Denver to The Allman Brothers to Fats Domino to the Beatles to Jerry Jeff Walker. All on the same station.

Costas and Kaat baffled like us by the Guardians. The groundhog seemed quite confused by it…
