Why do birds suddenly appear… Richard and Karen owned two garden apartment buildings in their hometown of Downey CA. They were called Close To You and Only Just Begun Apartments. I often wondered if a tenant had a clogged toilet if Richard showed up with a plunger. He probably had his driver take him and a maintenance man over to check it out… “If it’s brown, I ain’t looking down”… |
