LOL, just when we were being impressed by his DFS. I’m still dubious regarding these defensive statistics. They may be rather indicative of defensive prowess, but definitive? I’m just not certain. Tauchman always shows well according to them, though. I'd be dubious of any statistic that has Rizzo as a negative defensive player. |

What a crazy AB by Rizzo. I’ve seen him do this several times as a Cub. Just wears out the pitch count in one at bat. |

13 pitch AB for Rizzo ends with a walk. Aaaaand it only takes Judge one pitch to ground into a DP.  We cannot escape that bugaboo this season, it seems. |

Does anyone consider Luke Voit a “great” hitter? Voit’s going to be kept in case Rizzo signs a free agent contract elsewhere.
