Starting to think the Rangers sold high on Gallo. It's not like they were hiding his .220 batting average. Analytics said he'd be great with the Yankees. Hits homeruns and stuff. As though striking out 45% of the time doesnt matter. |

The Rays beat the Red Sox 8-4. The main thing the Yankees need to do right now is actually get into a playoff spot so that result does help regardless what happens in this one. They would stay 1 behind in the loss and 2 overall if they don't come back here. |
