I appreciate his ability to play all eight fielding positions - with the exception of pitcher - without losing much defensively and in some instances improving defensively. Plus his speed is something that I value, especially scoring from second on a routine single. Someone convinced him a couple years ago to try to pull the ball in Yankee Stadium to generate power. The last thing this team needs from Tyler Wade is power. Just be the kind of offensive player that keeps the line moving. |
