Awesome work Kay!  Thanks Chi! Been eating salads and drinking only water! I lost weight in Iowa without any effort. Evidently, trying to stay warm in a house without much heat burns calories. And, I was eating French onion dip and Ruffles, ice cream, and all manner of rich home cooking every single day. |

By the way, I see you’re still gaining gradually. I don’t expect to be the first one to 25,000. Maybe not even 23,000. I’m slowing down a bit… Which is fine… I try to catch you but you're always about 400 ahead of me. It’s sort of like my weight. I’m not really trying to control it. It just happens. I feel like I’m running low on good “BS” material again… |
