Somehow we keep winning series with a total disaster of a bullpen. And an offense that can't hit with RISP and most of our rotation on the IL and half our players injured and 3 COVID outbreaks and Boone's disaster managing. |

Somehow we keep winning series with a total disaster of a bullpen. The team is in almost every game, they don't blow anyone out and they don't get blown out. Give a lot of credit to Nestor, going 6 strong innings against a difficult lineup. He's been huge for this team. |

Playoff implications: Yankees win the season series vs the White Sox taking 5 of 6. Could be important if the Yankees come back for the division cause that would give them a seeding tiebreaker. Red Sox win 6-2 A's lose 7-4 Rays lose 5-4 Toronto 6-1 against Seattle in 6th So that puts it at: Rays 47 losses Astros 46 losses or 47 losses depending on result vs LAA * White Sox 50 losses * A's 50 losses Red Sox 51 losses + Yankees 52 losses Toronto 54 losses Seattle 55 loses (most likely will be 56) * So a win tomorrow is important to stay just 1 loss behind the Red Sox going into this coming series. *= Yankees have clinched season series vs these teams + = Yankees cannot win season series vs these teams Thanks for these updates, anthony.
