Is that challengeable or no? I don't believe so. I'm not sure that "dropping on the transfer" even exist on a foul tip. You either catch it or you don't. |

Anyway. I was starting to say that you couldn’t really blame Joe West on that dropped strike call. He only saw the ball pop away… Is that challengeable or no? A-Rod says no… |

I'm not sure that "dropping on the transfer" even exist on a foul tip. You either catch it or you don't. I agree, but I believe he caught it, the ump could not see it, and assumed he couldn’t hang on. It’s very reasonable, especially as Joe West errors go… |
