Yeah although fixing something and not betting on it makes limited sense. Its sort of like the movie that inspired dukes of hazard where the moonshiner pays taxes on the illegal whisky - it defeats the purpose. *) That actually has a historical basis: Mississippi did that for years - taxes on illegal moonshine. |

I think they have done the same for drugs in the MW or used that as a way of getting around probable cause since tax enforcement does not require such. |
