I wonder how many Yankee injuries the staff misdiagnosis's? Leading the player to come back from the DL early and get injured again... ala Sanchez...

Tristan H. Cockcroft ESPN Senior Writer
Using Game Score, Lance Lynn's 82 in his first Yankees start tied for the fourth-best of his career. Yes, it was against the White Sox, but those making the matchups claim should keep in mind his rest-of-August schedule (projecting every fifth game): TEX, TB, @mia, CWS, DET.

Mets going all-out to take Yankees down with them
The Subway Series is the Mets’ World Series, and they’re acting like it.
The Mets tweaked their rotation, and Jacob deGrom will start Monday in their makeup game against the Yankees.
Mickey Callaway announced the change, as Jason Vargas had been the scheduled starter. DeGrom will pitch on normal rest — which Thursday’s off-day allows — and Vargas’ spot may be skipped.

I really like Kenny.....put Singleton and Cone together without a third, and you have a perfect broadcasting crew, imo…….

I even liked him as a player when he was with the Orioles. Just an all around nice guy...Probably a better player than most realize...quite under rated for his career...

Switch hitter, a little pop, with good OBP.

With the Play-Offs around the corner I Hope and Pray: 1. That our Starters until the end of the regular season, go at least 6-innings per game saving our Bull Pens Pitcher's Arms for the Play-Offs 2. That WE win the One-Game Wild Card Play-off with either Oakland/Seattle...
As we all know in the last couple of years during the Play-Offs, the Mangers have been pulling Starting Pitchers as early as the 4th Inning to bring in the BP. So we need a well rested & strong arms BP.
If we win the Wild Card Game, we than MUST face two of the following three: Cleveland, Boston, Houston...not an easy road to walk; like facing a HERD of ZOMBIES on 'The Walking Dead'. I hope many of you are attending Church and Praying, for WE will need God's HELP.
By the way who is this VOIT Character and why did we get him? Must have been on a Magic Mushroom Adventure when this transaction happen, or was suffering from Heat Exhaustion???
