Join us and try it out! Its a good way to watch a baseball game which has lulls in the action.
Oh, and Chi's secret to success is one yearly deep dish Chicago style pizza eaten after running a marathon. It fuels him for the year. Please don't mention marathons..for the first time in my life, I've been hit with plantar fasciitis in my left foot. It's as bad as all the horror stories that I heard or read about in the past. It's kind of pathetic how my mood swings go based on my running, not being able to run has left me very irritable the past couple of weeks. Sorry to hear that Chi. It's like long needles sunk into your heel, and there's not much you can do but rest and roll your foot over something like a Coke bottle. I am sure you know this, but your irritability is from your body craving those regular shots of endorphins, which destress and relax you, while providing something akin to euphoria: the proverbial runner's high. You may want to supplement some weight training in the meantime to fend off the grumpiness. Or, ice cream. It works for Kaybli and me.

I'm using a frozen water bottle, it's starting to get better, but it's taking a long time. I wonder if my daughter would notice if I stole some of her ice cream?

I’ll be the devil, sitting on your left shoulder. “Do it. Steal some. How free ice cream of yours has she shoved down her neck through the years? So what if she DOES notice? Kick her ass out if she starts bitching. That’ll fix her. And make her leave the rest of the ice cream…

Soto’s month of May:
.296/.384/.574 should we call that a slump? 🤓…

Last night Bob Boone passed Billy Martin to move into seventh place for victories for Yankee managers with 567. The next ahead of him is Joe Girardi with 910, so that will take a few years.
Since the start of the live ball era, the Yankees have had ten managers who have managed at least 300 games. They all have winning records.
