I've had several these "moments" recently. I need a vacation. So true, sometimes all you can do is laugh.

Sanchez' bat seems to have returned to normal. But now his throwing has been a problem. If it ain't one thing, it's another. I realize it's way early. But it's tough not to have real concerns about the team. Greg Bird looks overmatched. Can the Yankees really get by without a strong LH bat? What was up with the Diehl for Tauchman swap? Diehl looks like a legit future ML reliever. Is Tauchman any good? Chad Green? Who's the imposter calling himself "Chad Green?" Did Gio Gonzales look good yesterday? Or was it just a case of his pitching to mediocre minor leaguers?

A little bit surprised by this. Without the injuries I would be fully anti-Keuchel but given how things have changed I dont know how you dont go get him on a short term deal. In fact, going with a bigger rotation later in the year when Severino returns would probably be beneficial (assuming they are all holding their own). Gives Sevy extra rest coming off an injury, Tanaka usually better on the extra day, CC is more fragile now.

Possible they also don't think he's that great or won't be ready ahead of other help coming. He was solid last year, but missed a bunch of time each of the prior seasons and probably wouldn't be available until mid season if they signed him now. Midseason we get Severino and Montgomery back.

Maybe they know what he looks like without the beard...Perhaps the discussions when he was demanding six years were off-putting...Or maybe he’s not a good fit in the clubhouse...

4.5 games behind Tampa for first. Only 2 games ahead of last place Boston. I guess we shouldn’t have snickered at the Red Sox...karma?...
I’m working all weekend, not likely to even see an inning of the White Sox series. Maybe that’s for the best until this gets a bit more cheerful...

You show that intensity Judge! You pause for 15 seconds before answering the question Judge! You repeat the interviewer's phrase sardonically Judge! You pace back and forth while answering Judge!

"New York general manager Brian Cashman would prefer to “exhaust all of the alternatives” before pursuing Keuchel unless the former Cy Young winner’s price tag drops even further."
Wonder what that means? We need pitching help pretty badly.

I've been following him since he was a prospect. I love Judge more than anyone. I just find awkward interviews funny, what can I do? Remember those Mike Mussina interviews?
