Good news is that Boone still has 9 pitchers he can use tomorrow.

I get a special feeling with this team. Oh wait, I think that's indigestion.

They pay him 25 million dollars to throw it. Or 16 million but whatever. And his splitter and his slider, bit whatever there, too. Russ’s rhetoric is Russ’s rhetoric. It must be repeated ad nauseam…

Good news is that Boone still has 9 pitchers he can use tomorrow. We need more pitchers. Let's go with a 1 man bench and carry another pitcher.

Boone will blame the umps now instead of the wretched lineup that scored 1 run in 11 innings.

A final thought about that last pitch. Ruthie was upset because she thought it should have been a strike. Knowing what I know about sliders I know that it wasn’t where it should have been, hanging up high and to the arm side. Borderline or not, it’s just not going to get called up there. But it was also 80 MPH. That’s slower than Chapman’s typical slider. There was no conviction to the pitch. His fastballs tonight were 93, 94, 95. He just had nothing, and was fortunate to get Mullins out…

It is because we have the same GM. Nothing will change until he gets fired. Its not coincidence we are the same, we were put together the exact same way in the past. The definition of insanity is to do the same thing and expect different results.

The contract was signed before the 2020 season when the Yankee offense was loaded. I posted the statistics on our batting average the other day. We have not been able to hit in a long time. At least a decade. We scored runs when home runs were common. They aren't any more.
