I feel for Gallo. You know he's not some asshole who only cares about himself, he wants to do better. I just don't think he doesn't belong in NY.

I had a beef lavistida the other day. Excellent. You sure that wasn’t bison? 🦬. I hear they cut it into squares for the lavistida. We were in a Mexican place last week and I used the lavistida. The Senor’s room…

Katie, are you sure he’s not the first pitcher ever in any teams history to do that? Maybe even in Little League? Those are stunning numbers…

I was about to think maybe we needed a new closer… You and Russ were so spoiled by Mariano Rivera, now you know how every other team feels. Chapman is one of the top closers in MLB, year in and year out. He keeps himself in excellent shape and continues to work on his craft, adding a slider and a forkball. When his mechanics are off, he will lose command of the strike zone and velocity. And, he's easier to hit in a big spot when the opposition knows whether a fastball or an offspeed pitch is coming - a la the Astros and the Red Sox. Mariano let Sandy Alomar beat him in 1997. Threw the ball away against Arizona in the WS in 2001. Even the best ever is human.
