Carl Ravetch was on Olney's show explaining that on barreled balls this April, the baseball is flying an average of .314 feet, which is the lowest since 2014, if I heard correctly. Yet another factor in the lack of hitting and runs scored this season across the league, which is the first season that all ball clubs are using a humidor for baseballs.
