Judge was a bit too casual going after the ball in the corner, then bobbled it anyway turning a double into a triple. Judge is out of the game, so that was Locastro or Gallo. Must have been Locastro, still basking in the glow of his homer! |

Stanton sits. Looks like Cole has lost his Higgy only privileges. I believe Cole just didn't want Sandwich to catch him, and I cannot hold that against Cole. Also, Trevino is a better defensive catcher than Higgy, and he's been hitting. It's unfortunate because he's a nice guy, but Kyle Higashioka is squandering any chance at being a full-time starting catcher in the big leagues, and he's been given the opportunities that someone like Francisco Cervelli deserved and did not get with the Yankees. Plus, Higgy is already 32 years old. Time to move on… |
