Has anyone been to Kaufman Stadium? Yes, I was there before they remodeled it when it still had astroturf. It's small and cozy and a good place to watch a game. Plus, Kansas City has some great blues clubs and rib joints. I was there once in 2001 or 2002, I think. Carlos Beltran was in centerfield, hit a home run, stole a base, and threw a bb to home plate to erase a runner from deep center. I thought he looked like the best all-around centerfielder I had seen since Ken Griffey, Jr. Went to Arthur Bryant's for BBQ ribs. Fantastic!

The “Jungle Law” commercials from the KC feed are a scream… it makes you want to move to KC and need an ambulance chaser…

The ball was already out of his hand by the time Locastro got there.

Lacastro was guilty of playing baseball the way it was played for over 100 years.

What used to be called good old fashioned hardball is now an illegal play…

Not that this is saying much considering the I-70 cities from Ohio on out, but KC always struck me as the most desirable cities in the group. Bear in mind that I hate cities…

Is Inger's Guy a bit of a head case? Two weird routes on balls in left field the other day, the bad slide today. What's the frequency Kenneth?
