Another chance for the Yankees to continue their effort to drive Monty insane. Now in 29 of his last 34 starts, the Yankees have scored three runs or fewer while he is on the mound. Boone is practicing his mound walk for when there are two outs in the fifth.
At some point his luck has to change, you would think.

DISH gets stranger yet, as the “Yankees” channel is broadcasting the Mets/Braves, and I have to watch on the Jays channel…

The way Stanton was running to first he’d have been out of the ball was thrown away and had to be retrieved…

I would have thought the OF alignment might have been Stanton in LF, Hicks in CF, Judge In RF… The alignment t we’ve been using is a pretty strong statement that Hicks is now barely considered CF capable…

Now, I switch back to the Yankees channel, and for the first time this season I’m getting the YES broadcast. So the pregame show was METS/BRAVES. When the Yankee game was starting YES was in a commercial break. It’s either on a delay from the BJ’s channel, or someone screwed up and missed the first couple pitches. TV is too complicated today…
