How come Noetsi is never here durng these offensive explosions? Does he know ahead of time or does he just lay low? What's the fun of watching a baseball game if you can't complain? |

lol, no way is that a base hit. That was just ridiculous. The scorer is smoking the dome special or something. Juicing up the stats of super prospect Moreno who they just called up. |

If you mention a place I haven't been to, I just keep quiet!đŸ¤« So what's left to go to? Any places you are hankering to visit soon? I'm always hankering. I'm working on a few things, but nothing definite as far as a major trip. The usual run of summer getaways will take us through September, mostly assorted beach towns where some family member has a place. We are very experienced at being houseguest. Always bring wine and flowers and a supply of amusing anecdotes in return for the most comfy guest room. |

Hah, no G&T tonight. We were with some wine drinkers who actually wanted details on our visit to Burgundy and Bordeaux. So we were sampling some St. Emillion and Vosne-Romanée and Chablis with a bunch of cheese plates and assorted jambons. I pretended to know what I was talking about, but I think they saw through it. At any rate my wife did. Sarah was a connoisseur of the kool-aide wines:  Moscato, Riesling, Gewurztraminer.  I enjoy a good Riesling or G-traminer in the summer. Haha, remember Blue Nun? |

Sarah once visited her folks in Minnesota while I was working, and she went to a Twins' game at their new stadium, which I thought was unbelievable because she was not a baseball or sports fan. She took one of her aunts out to dinner after the game. Sarah asked if she wanted to get a glass or bottle of wine. Her aunt said she didn't find the kind she wanted. Sarah picked up the wine list and began to look and inquired, "What kind to do you like?" Her aunt replied matter of factly, "Reunite." |
