Joe Urquidy scouting report from reddit:
More than half his Pitches are 4sm Fastballs. The rest of the pitches are mixed between Changeup, Cuveball, Cutter and Slider. The Fastball is the only pitch of his that has positive stats compared to league average in terms of outcome. But compared to last year, his Fastball has gotten way worse. The only other pitch i would say is good, is his Curveball which has above average spin and is also the pitch he uses to get strikeouts, but he has a low Strikeout rate anyway so expect a lot of balls in play from him. I guess that is because he doesnt throw awfully fast. His 4sm FB touches 96,97 sometimes but sits at 93 in average. His Curve and Slider are below 80 in average and the Change only gets to 86 in average. All his Pitches are below League average in speed.
he owns a 4.68 ERA, that is in itself is not really good. But the expected ERA is 5.95, which means Urquidy had a lot of luck this season so far.
Although he doesnt get a lot of people to strike out, he doesnt walk a lot of guys either. Its the only true great stat he has this season so far.
he uses his fastball a lot when he falls behind in the count. Its his comfort pitch. when he gets ahead the mix of other pitches i have mentioned get more use. It doesnt affect the outcome all that much, as all of his pitches share the same percentage of hits as pitches thrown ( so if he throws 50% fastballs, 50% of hits have been of his fastball).
at last i wanna share some bad news for us yanks fans: His last starts have been way better than those from the start of the year. So if he continues his recent outings it would look something like 6 IP with 1 R allowed.

Urquidy sounds like the top row of letters on a keyboard. If my memory is correct, I believe we have bombed this guy before but also have been throttled by him previously as well. Bats have been awful this series, with the exception of a couple three run homers at the right time in the one victory. Time to change that. F Altuve and the trash can he rode in on.

Okay, boys I have one load of clothes drying, another washing, the dishes washing, and jambalaya cooking on the stove. I have fed Greta and Boo, and have cleaned out the cat box. Time for baseball!

Am I wrong or was the game supposed to start already?

Am I wrong or was the game supposed to start already? 1:35 start time. Ah, thank you, Sir! I was starting to wonder, as I thought it was 1:05. I just found out that Mike Vaccaro who writes for the NY Post is an LSU alumnus, when he wrote this: "Four star-level Manning quarterbacks now, and not one of them opted to play for my alma mater-in-law LSU? How is that possible?"

Can we have one day where Altuve doesn't kill us?

You know he always swings first pitch. Why give him a fastball center cut?

You know he always swings first pitch. Why give him a fastball center cut? Exactly right. Start him off with a breaking pitch, he'll watch it for a strike.

Can we have one day where Altuve doesn't kill us? It's beyond pathetic, that was a meatball right down the middle of the plate.

For some reason, I'm only getting the Astro's feed on Kay's link. This happened yesterday, and then half-way through the game, the home feed showed up. Strange.
