Why did all those teams give up on Abreu? I know Abreu was really wild with Texas, but you would think that a team like Kansas City would have given him a longer run. He has a great arm. |

Just got off the telephone with my eldest brother. Both he and my sister in law have COVID, and my second oldest brother has COVID. Evidently, it is going around my hometown. My eldest brother and his wife likely contracted it at a funeral they attended more than a week ago. My other brother likely got it going to a casino.  Of course, he is the one person in my family that is unvaccinated. Hoping everyone is doing okay and they get through it with a minimum of discomfort! Bobby said that he is probably going to try to cut his grass tomorrow, as he believes it has run its course, but he still has no taste or smell. He believes his wife is likely two days behind him on her recovery. Evidently, my other brother is just starting his illness. |
