Thrown out on the bases like a nincompoop. Laureano has one of the best arms in baseball. I can't imagine why they tried that. Shouldn't have ran on Loreano with slow ass Donaldson. Rojas has been good but that was dumb. One of the things that pisses me off about this team is the lack of speed. |

For now. That might change when Chapman is ready. Just go back from Home Depot and bought some of that ant bait you shared with me yesterday. The little bastards were plentiful again this morning when I woke up, so I killed them all and vacuumed their dead exoskeletons before I left for work. When I came home, they were back again, so I took Greta outside, then went to Home Depot. I have to be patient according to the directions, which states that the ants will come out in force, and then take back to poison to the next and queen. I wish I could hire Army Ants to lodge an incursion and wipe out the instigators. Yup thats the key. They will come out in full force to swarm the bait. You have to just let them do their thing for a few days. Eventually they will die out.
I used to be terrified and strangely fascinated about army ants when I was a kid.  |

It just occurred to me that this is the A's 55th season in Oakland. Now one more than they spent in Philadelphia (1901-1954.) Plus 13 miserable years in Kansas City (1955-1967.)

It just occurred to me that this is the A's 55th season in Oakland. Now one more than they spent in Philadelphia (1901-1954.) Plus 13 miserable years in Kansas City (1955-1967.) Are you kidding, the Kansas City Athletics were the best farm team the Yankees ever had.  |
