JD Martinez was a guy I wanted the Yankees to get years ago before he went to Boston, then we ended up signing Stanton, who I thought was a better slugger and defender, but not as good of a hitter. Little did I know that the Yankees would turn Stanton into a DH his first years in Pinstripes.
