Also, Judge hasn't played every inning of every game. Tonight is Judge's 88th game, but four of those were one-at bat pinch hit scenarios. Just to drag this out some more -- tomorrow is the 61st anniversary of both Maris and Mantle having a home run rained out when a game in Baltimore was called on account of rain in the top of the fifth. Roger lost a three-run shot and Mick a solo blast, both off of knuckleballer Hal "Skinny" Brown. It was considered a big deal at the time, because the dual chase for Babe's record was well into obsessive coverage. I know I was ticked off! Nice Pipps! I had forgotten that bit, which I am sure my friend Joe mentioned to me during a game we were watching together.

When Weber was walking back to the mound after that strikeout, it looked like he took it all in and realized he pitching in a jammed pack Yankee Stadium against the Red Sox on a prime time national broadcast. That sure beats the minor leagues. He always looks grateful for his situation.

Whoops, a sausage fell into the coals, as Weber walks one.

Most of the older fans really didn't want Babe's record broken, but they especially didn't want Maris to do it because he was regarded as something of a fluke.

Pipps is more than happy to negotiate a responsible price for these items, and as his agent, I am sure you would appreciate his remuneration to be fair for both parties. I have drawn up a tentative agreement outlining the various topics and nuggets of information provided thus far at this new HeAmyHa site and their relative worth for insight, historical significance, off or on topic subjectivity, humor, and interest. Of course, the price rubric for each of the aforementioned categories varies according to length and social timeliness of the commentary. I shall not bother you with the details during a Yankee game, so please see the attachment sent to your private messages at your leisure.

Will the Yankees allow The Weber Kettle to gently congeal the sauce just placed on the ribs, chicken, and sausage for another five minutes before taking everything off the grill?

Thanks for the unnecessary slide past 1st Locastro. Somewhere, Inger just stood up and saluted the television.
