Judge is going to be kicking himself when sees video of all these cookies he's missing. Yep. It didn't seem the pressure was a factor up until 60, but he was hitting those out a few days ago. He's been swinging at balls he normally doesn't, so wanting to get it over to move on is likely a factor. |

It was nice to hear the YES team talk about Sal Durante, the 19-year-old truck driver who caught Maris's 61st home run. Back then you knew Sal Durante's name the way a later generation would know Jeffrey Meier (sp?) albeit for different reasons.
Sal borrowed $10 from his girlfriend to buy bleacher tickets for them, his cousin and his cousin's girlfriend. The $5,000 Sal got for the ball represented two years salary for him.
He later married that girlfriend and they stayed married for 50 some years until her death in 2014.
