Trevino Higashioka Rizzo LeMahieu Cabrera IKF Peraza Torres Judge Stanton Bader Hicks Donaldson
Would they carry 13 position players? I am assuming Carpenter and Benintendi will not be ready.

I thought Carpenter had a decent shot at being ready. And I see no reason why in the post-season they can't make do with "only" 12 pitchers.

The baserunning mistakes never stop with this team.

I thought players would know that rule long before making it to the majors.

What are you doing Peraza? Making room for Carpenter.

I thought players would know that rule long before making it to the majors. I guess Peraza or Cabrera will never make that mistake again.

I thought players would know that rule long before making it to the majors. You mean, going half-way and watching the ball hit the ground before advancing? It was a good rule.

The Texas announcers do not seem to understand that when you advance past second base and the ball is caught for an out, the baserunner has to touch second base again on the path back to first base. They were looking up the rule.

I can also imagine a scenario where they may have done that in the minors and no one caught it… So they didn’t learn it. It is somewhat illogical to have to “retag” a base you never tagged in the first place…
