Geez, it can always be worse can't it? Never thought I'd pine for the days of Selig. Be careful what you wish for, Selig turned a blind eye to steroid usage for years and yet he's in the Hall of Fame but the players he profited from are not. |

Either way, I’m on the sidelines. We even had to postpone our Internet hook up because we can’t find the wires for the computer. We originally had the boxes somewhat organized together, but the movers did some reloading and shuffling of the boxes. Still around 100 boxes crammed in the guest room. Still about 100 pieces outside in front of the house in a Sanford and Son-like display of our worst belongings. I’d hate this if I didn’t love it so much… 😂 Did you not color-code, stencil major contents, and place whimsical stickers to further describe the contents of each box? No. Once the movers came in to help us pack everything went quickly into boxes and crates. When they delivered, I directed traffic as well as possible, big I was outnumbered and the shit was flying off that truck, especially as 10:30 PM approached. It was amazing, really. But I had seen it before. That’s how shipping worked at the greenhouse. Once it got late and people wanted to go home they worked at warp speed.., |
