Great all around job tonight, but kudos to Stanton, Judge, Nestor and the bullpen.

Great all around job tonight, but kudos to Stanton, Judge, Nestor and the bullpen. And kudos to you for bearing through your surgery and case of the shingles to watch with us! Hope you feel better!

I will probably never get to say this again, but Boone did a better job of managing this game than Francona. I like that for the second time in the series he brought Holmes into the game in the 8th inning to face the top of Cleveland's lineup.

Never any doubt. Yankees controlled this series since Baby gate 2022 happened. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Babygate. LOL. Naylor should be a slam dunk for Kaybli's photoshop skills.

So Yankees are playing for the chance to have either a 1998 or 2009 World Series Rematch. Don't forget the 1950 WS between the Yanks and Phils. That one ended in a Yankees sweep.

What'd I miss? - Freaking Manfred. Possibly the most beautiful Autumn day of the year, and he gives the Yankees and Guardians that day off following game one. This was supposed to be the travel day, not game 5 as a near matinee.

That one bothered my father and uncles for decades. The Yanks won 1-0, 2-1 and 3-2 before taking Game Four 5-2. I heard those numbers my whole life.

This was supposed to be the travel day, not game 5 as a near matinee. Yeah, it means Taillon vs Verlander in Game One, plus a tired pen. Also there is only one off day in the NLCS, between Games 2 and 3. It's unnatural.

Glenn Miller. My parents played his stuff all the time and once I was mature enough to expand beyond all rock and soul I loved his music too. What a rich and distinctive sound. My siblings have told me that my mother was a big Glenn Miller fan, along with Guy Lombardo - the big band sound really. I must admit, I could have grown up with that kind of music.

Can't believe the cheaters have been in 6 ALCS in a row. Even the 1990's Yankees didn't do that.
