Good news is we've cut our strike outs from 17 to 13 to only 11. They're getting dialed in.

I hit the road after the 6th inning. We took a ride. The mo in trains here are beautiful, but the general area makes for boring rides. Much of the land is flat, the roads straight, and the land is mostly being farmed. Rides are going to have to be to more entertaining areas… which aren’t too far away…

People can complain about the whole Yankees hit too many hr thing but the Astros have scored over 70% of their runs on home runs and the biggest reason the Yankees beat the Guardians is the Yankee pitchers are hr prone and the guardians don't hit a lot and the Yankees hit some key hrs when they needed to.
The problem is the strikeouts I guess because I can't fault the hr thing when the opposition is scoring 70% of their runs on homers.

Boone is what I consider a useful idiot, but the biggest problems are from the top. Also, Hal should sell the team if he's not going use his advantages. The reality, none of this is going to happen. Hal likes how much money the team is making and not going to fire Cashman and Cashman is not going to fire Boone. So, Josh Donaldson will start the season at third next season. Capice! |
